42Floors Climbs with $12.3M Series B

According to published reports, 42Floors, a startup that has built a search engine for the office rentals market, has raised another $12.3 million in a Series B round.

42Floors is a commercial real estate and office space marketplace similar to a multiple-listing-service. The company was founded in November 2011 and the website was made available to the public on March 19, 2012.

42Floors aggregates real estate listings from commercial brokers and property owners by collecting listings directly from users.
