Dr. Dr. Most recently, Mowell was Executive Director & Chairman of the Board of EMS Technologies, a leading global provider of communications products, services and solutions to highly classified military, mobile and airborne wireless markets. Dr. Dr. Mowell was a senior EMS leader from the company’s start-up in 1978 until its acquisition by Honeywell in 2011.
