Attendify Closes $1.7M Seed Round

The agreement consists of a bridge investment as well as the acquisition of an equity stake in early private investment. Digital Future led the bridge round, which included a follow-up to the participation of an existing investor. Funding will be used to further expand the sales and marketing teams of the company while at the same time doubling product development.

Attendify is based in Palo Alto and launched its self-service mobile event app platform in 2013. With significant traction and a diverse customer base, ranging from non-profit companies to large companies such as Google, Chrysler and AstraZeneca, Attendify is turning its attention to expansion. The company is opening a new office in Phoenix, Arizona to accelerate the hiring of its sales and customer success teams while continuing to invest aggressively in product innovation. Digital Future has been very active in making 8 seeds and growing investments this year alone. Earlier this month, Digital Future participated in a $1 million funding round on the Preply tutoring platform. It co-invested in US$13 at the beginning of 2016. 1 million funding round in YouAppi, which offers a mobile media purchasing platform.
