Banzai Bags $7M Series A Funding

SEATTLE, WA, Banzai, a cloud-based software provider of Event Marketing Automation solutions for enterprise marketers, today announced that it has raised $7 million in equity financing under the leadership of DNX Ventures, an early-stage VC company focused on B2B startups that shape industries and transform the way we live and work, and with the participation of Vulcan Capital, a multi-billion-dollar company. Investment Series A will be used to double Banzai’s headcount and expand Banzai’s product and service offerings in the Event Marketing Automation category.
