Bizo offers brand advertisers a precise way to reach and engage business professionals online-through deep analytics, social media engagement and precision advertising targeting. Bizo recently announced strong momentum for 2011, ending the year with an annual run-up rate of over $18 million and increasing its year-over-year Q4 run-up rate by 133 per cent-also continued momentum in 2012 with 125 per cent year-over-year Q1 revenue growth. In 2011, the company also increased its target audience of online business professionals to more than 100 million monthly unique users by adding more than 800 new publisher partners, including Crains BtoB, PC World, Cygnus Media, TechMediaNetwork and Thomson Reuters, bringing its current ecosystem partner to more than 2,000 business publishers.
Bizo is also continuing to break the ground for new technology The Bizo Marketing Platform is now supporting more than 45 billion monthly data requests, or approximately 35,000 requests per second at peak, which underlines not only the scalability of the company’s platform, but also the large ecosystem of customers and partners using Bizo’s platform to boost their online marketing efforts.
Crosslink Capital’s David Silverman will join the Board of Directors of Bizo with this round of funding.
